Install PixCloud

PixCloud works best as an installed app. Uploading is disabled in regular browser mode so backups do not get interrupted by normal tab behavior.

  1. On iPhone or iPad, open PixCloud in Safari, tap Share, then choose Add to Home Screen.
  2. On Android Chrome, tap the browser menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
  3. Open PixCloud from your home screen and sign in. Uploads, queue controls, notifications, and app lock run from the installed app.

  1. Use the + button to upload photos, videos, or a full folder. PixCloud checks for duplicates before uploading.
  2. Create folders from the + menu. You can lock any folder with its own 4-digit PIN.
  3. Set a Main album PIN in Settings. That PIN opens your regular cloud.
  4. To create the hidden fake/private space, open Settings and tap the Settings title 7 times, then save a different 4-digit PIN.
  5. At the lock screen, the PIN you enter decides whether PixCloud opens Main album or Private space.
  6. Deleted files go to Trash first and auto-delete after 30 days unless you restore or empty Trash.
